CHA Chicago

Ok, ok it took CHA to get me to post to my bog again. I've been MIA for a loooonnngggg time. I had a blast at CHA & learned a lot of stuff & bought a lot of stuff too. I met one of my You Tube idols, My Pink Stamper (& won a set of her stamps - Thanks Robyn!).

So glad to see 2008 go! It's been a long year. One of my goals for 2009 is to keep up with this blog!

Jumbo Paper Clip

This is one of my favorite projects. It is a jumbo paper clip made using SU Office Accoutrement., which is now retired. I love this stamp set.

Chirstmas Planner

I got this idea from organizedhome.com. I have been using a 3-ring binder for the same purpose in the past. I made this Christmas planner from card stock. I made a template from a small accordion folder. I used sealed business size envelopes cut in half & a tab punch on top of each one. The front has Peace & Joy & Love & Cheer from a die cut that SU is now selling to use with the Sizziz Big Shot. Also. the red bird in back and the green circle are die cuts as well. The tabs were: Calendar, Gift Ideas, Menus, Budget, Card List & Receipts. I plan to use index cards in each envelope execpt for the Calendar, I will just print a small sized calendar from my computer.
